Reqruitments:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in the field of agricultural sciences or management, an MBA will be an advantage

• Male, min 38 year, max 50 year, min 10 years experience as a senior manager

• Must be a self startes, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of diverse professionals

• Fluent in English, based in Surabaya
